The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on fairytalecollectables.com or rosesofbournemouth.com. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.


 These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

 Description of Goods

 All images, sizes, descriptions, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and are not subject to a guarantee of accuracy. Full detailed specifications are available from Roses of Bournemouth Ltd

Accuracy of Product Information

 All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have been provided by Roses of Bournemouth Ltd or one of our suppliers. The intention of this site is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, Enesco cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual. 

Payment and Price 

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be displayed and payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.

 Typographical Errors

 In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

 Payment Method

 We use Create Payment and PayPal only on online orders delivered or collected. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number. The same address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation properly received. Or you could phone our shop on 01202 529250 during the hours of 9am til 4.30pm Monday to Saturday where we can process your order over the phone using all major credit/debit cards except American Express.

 Availability of Goods

 All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

 Delivery Charges

 All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout.

 Delivery Times

 All orders above £35 to the UK mainland are delivered FREE. A small charge may apply outside the UK mainland and we will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a convenient dispatch date. We endeavor to process and dispatch all orders within 7 working days, however on a few occasions we may be unable to meet these timescales, especially if Enecso are waiting for the item to return to stock. If this is the case we will contact you in advance to advise you of the anticipated delivery date.

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims Shortages

It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be notified to us within 7 days from delivery. 

Incorrect goods

It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days from delivery. 


We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date. For faulty or damaged goods you have up to 14 days. For full details of how to arrange a faulty or damaged item return please call us


You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We do not offer any credit facilities. We will issue you with an invoice once we have dispatched the goods to you. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions

 Privacy Policy

 Using your information We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. The information we collect The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, phone number, email address. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

 Protecting your information

 The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

  Returns Policy

Cancellation of Orders & Returned Goods 

If you are not totally satisfied with any products you can return them within 14 working days, starting from the date after the day of delivery, for a refund or credit. It is your responsibility to return purchases in pristine condition in original boxes and packaging. .The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and return via a reputable courier or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Please ensure that the goods are suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of replacing these items from any refund when goods are returned to us damaged (if we are not notified beforehand).

 Policy for Faulty Goods

If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery, we will meet the cost of return. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.

When sending returns please address the package Roses Of Bournemouth Ltd Fairytale Collectables 363 Wimborne Rd Winton Bournemouth BH9 2AD Please ensure your package is returned within the 14 day limit. Please ensure that your return contains the name, full address and email address used on the original transaction. Without this information we cannot process your reurn.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us via one of these methods or by messaging us on our Facebook Page. We are unable to cancel an order via our Contact Us option.
